Zorg Bij Jou is an initiative by the seven Santeon hospitals, redefining healthcare through hybrid, value-driven care. By seamlessly integrating digital solutions with in-person treatment, Zorg bij jou ensures patients receive the right care at the right time, whether at home or in the hospital. ACNE crafted a strong visual identity to bring this mission to life. After joining the team, I contributed to the creation of various communication materials, including a video, an animation, and posters.
